At Imria Jewels, we are committed to your satisfaction. If your jewelry article arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, we are here to assist you!

Return and Exchange Policy

  • We process all return and exchange requests promptly, typically within 7 to 14 working days.
  • Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase (email, slip, or screenshot) to qualify for return or exchange.
  • Customers are responsible for any delivery charges incurred for exchanging products.
  • Articles purchased on sale or as Free gifts are not eligible exchange or returns.
  • If you receive articles damaged during transit, please let us know via WhatsApp within 24 hours of delivery. To help us verify the damage occurred during transit, we kindly ask for a brief unboxing video of your parcel. Claims made after this window will not be entertained.
  • Change of mind or Size are not applicable for return or exchange.
  • Customer has to cover Both way delivery charges and restocking fee in case of exchange. 

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are for qualified Returns only.
  • Delivery charges are non-refundable for original order.
  • For orders exceeding Rs.5,000, we offer an exchange option, as these orders are not eligible for a refund.
