The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
A proof of purchase and evidence of damage (e.g., photos) is required for processing your return.
Exchange Policy :
If you prefer, you can exchange your damaged item for any other product of equal or lesser value within 14 days of delivery.
If the new item’s value exceeds the original purchase, the difference must be paid before the exchange is processed.
Important Notes :
Returns or exchanges cannot be processed after 14 days of delivery.
